About the Role
We are hiring local candidates interested in a long-term career who are willing to grow with us. We need a reliable, motivated crew member with underground utility experience. CDL license is preferred. The role involves installing underground conduit systems and operating various construction equipment while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Install underground conduit systems
- Set handholes, manholes, and utility structures
- Operate mini-excavators, skid steers, and directional boring equipment
- Read construction drawings and utility plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive worksite
- Travel as needed — per diem and hotel provided
Qualifications
- Experience in civil construction and underground infrastructure
- CDL preferred but not required
- We offer in-house CDL training with 12-month commitment
Required Skills
- Ability to operate construction equipment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Applicants must complete a pre-employment fitness for duty examination
