What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of operations for two residential communities
- Lead, coach, and develop site teams to meet performance and service standards
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, and capital projects
- Drive occupancy, retention, and renewal strategies to maximize NOI
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, especially under NJ landlord-tenant laws
- Foster a positive resident experience while creating a culture of excellence
What You Bring:
- Proven success managing large or multi-site residential communities (ideally 300+ units)
- 5+ years of property management experience or equivalent combination of education/training
- Strong leadership and team development skills across leasing, maintenance, and admin teams
- Deep knowledge of NJ property law and compliance
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; certifications (ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP) are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
