Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Broad operational responsibilities surrounding CLOs, such as: cashflow calculations, hypothetical trade tests, cash reconciliations, waterfall distributions, and more
- Closing par and distressed LSTA bank loans
- Handling reporting, audit, and regulatory requests
- Interaction with front office on daily trading
- Liaising with ratings agencies
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of relevant CLO or bank loan experience
- Knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO), Allvue, or loan-specific software
