Job Description

Part time office manager for forensic psychology group. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds. They will greet clients and obtain initial information in order to establish case files. Experience with medical billing is ideal. The position may eventually involve more specialized activities such as assisting with psychological testing.

• Interacting with referral sources

Qualifications

• Experience with clerical tasks and medical billing preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong computer skills, preferably both Windows and Mac.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
