About the Role

We’re hiring a Part-Time Office & Shipping Manager to oversee order fulfillment and manage administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, loves pets, and thrives in a small business environment where your contributions truly matter.

What You'll Do

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pack and ship daily online orders with care and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area
• Monitor inventory levels of products and shipping supplies
• Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience

Office Administration

• Respond to customer service emails and order inquiries
• Update order tracking and assist with data entry (orders, inventory, vendors)
• Coordinate restocks and shipments with suppliers
• Maintain basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (experience with QuickBooks or similar is a plus)

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience with small business operations, fulfillment, or office admin
• Are extremely organized, proactive, and detail-focused
• Are comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow
• Are familiar with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms (a big plus!)
• Love animals and enjoy being part of a pet-focused brand
• Can lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet during packing periods
