Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Labeling and Packaging Engineer to join us on a contract basis to support critical ongoing projects and spearhead process improvements. What You’ll Do

Labeling Execution & Operational Support

• Manage multiple label artwork change projects.
• Develop supply continuity plans, including procurement, design, and testing for second-source labels.
• Support labeling deviations, including complaint investigations (e.g., peeling labels) and operational troubleshooting.

Long-Term Labeling System Improvements

• Conduct labeling systems reviews, identify gaps, and implement best practices.
• Lead manufacturing operations process improvements.
• Enhance label lifecycle management and support seamless product launches.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–15 years of experience as a labeling/packaging engineer in a regulated industry.
• Expertise in quality systems, change management, and labeling lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with EDMS, labeling equipment, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, cGMP).
• Proven project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• A highly autonomous professional who can bring industry best practices to elevate our processes.

Schedule:

• Hybrid: Monday-Wednesday in-office, Thursday-Friday remote.
• Core hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM ET.

Pay: $50-70 per hour
