Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay: $75k to $95k/year
Experience:
- 5 years of maintenance experience is required.
- 4 years of supervisory experience is required.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule:
- Day Shift, 6am to 6pm
- Night Shift, 6pm to 6am
Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assigns PMs, checks PM completion, and tracks PM completion rates.
- Manages and directs the daily activities of Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
- Ensures all safety standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
- Schedules maintenance employees according to workloads, vacations, etc.
- Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipates and solves problems in a timely manner, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for Food Safety, where applicable.
- Works with the maintenance team to adhere to budget costs.
- Creates department procedures and facilitates training.
Position Requirements:
- Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.
- Good leadership skills are required.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to communicate with highly skilled technicians.
- Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
- Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
