POSITION: Junior Graphic Designer
REPORTS TO: Art Director

EXPERIENCE
- Entry-Level professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) .
- Understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and how design impacts engagement.
THIS HIRE IS EXPECTED TO...
- Collaborate with the creative team to design high-quality visuals for digital and print materials.
- Assist in creating social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and marketing materials .
- Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback from the Art Director and Creative Director..
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects.
- Work efficiently under deadlines and be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Occasionally assist Art Director with design for clothing collection, preparing tech packs, or helping with edits to collections in development
- Be willing to step in and help with warehouse operations during high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday Sale).
