Our client is an established commercial real estate group with a portfolio of, mixed use commercial properties, suburban malls, office buildings, etc. The position will be on-site and average work week of 30hours.

Responsibilities will include:

• day to day legal matters related to commercial real estate
• Lease Agreements
• Contracts
• Transactions
• other

Requirements

• 15plus years of Real Estate Legal experience
• ideal for a person looking to slow down their career.

Position will be onsite 4 to 5 days a week from 8am to 2pm.
