Job Title: HRBP – Talent Acquisition & Compliance

Key Responsibilities
1.Talent Acquisition & Team Building
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US roles (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
2.Labor Law Compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations.
- Oversee I-9, E-Verify, and payroll compliance.
3.Employee Relations & Policies
- Resolve workplace conflicts and conduct investigations when needed.
- Draft and update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR management, with expertise in recruitment and labor law.
- Deep understanding of federal/state employment laws.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to design scalable HR processes for startups/scale-ups.
- Experience in [Health and Wellness,Manufacturing,E-Commerce].
- Familiarity with global hiring
