Well-established plaintiff’s trial law firm is seeking attorneys for the motor vehicle and premises department to litigate and improve their skills. Qualified candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery
- Client consultations and hearing preparation
- Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Assist with trials
- Manage all aspects of discovery
- Work both independently and closely with senior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience within the Plaintiff Personal Injury field
- Admitted to New York required, and admitted to federal a plus
- Familiarity with NYSCEF, PACER and E-law.
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred , but not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, on-site .
Salary commensurate based on experience level.
