Job Description

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting is REQUIRED !
- Advanced Excel, pivot tables and vlookup required
- Sage100 and Workday is preferred but not required
- Mix of full cycle accounting and analysis to include reconciliation
- 5+ years in financial analysis
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Reconciliations, month end close
- Multiple P&L's - analysis and review
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support service line profitability analysis and cost containment initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmark against industry standards.
- Assist in evaluating payer contracts, reimbursement rates, and revenue cycle performance.
