Summary:

The primary responsibility of a designer is to generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on established design principles and concepts. A successful designer must demonstrate a high degree of creativity and possess the ability to effectively communicate their ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Essential qualifications include flexibility in accommodating client requirements, the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, and adeptness at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication challenges.
• Formulate the overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they pertain to graphic design.
• Prepare preliminary sketches or layouts for client presentations.
• Generate charts and graphs utilizing provided data.

Skills:

• Demonstrated creativity, effective verbal and written communication skills, and robust problem-solving ability.
• Fundamental proficiency in utilizing various forms of media, including print, electronic, and film.
• Basic capacity for 2D and 3D visualization and comprehension of the aesthetic aspects of design.
• Prior experience in utilizing computer software for layout creation and image generation.
• Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software is required.
• Education/Experience: An Associate's degree in design and/or a certificate in graphic design is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is highly desirable.

Pay range is $92 - $97 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
