LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a top AmLaw firm to recruit an experienced corporate associate for the firm's Nashville, Tennessee office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team of highly regarded attorneys in one of the largest and most sophisticated corporate groups in the Southeast.
Experience sought:
- 4+ years of experience with corporate mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures for private and/or public companies.
- Ability to run deals autonomously with minimal oversight
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials
- 4+ years of experience as an associate in a corporate transcational practice group at an AmLaw firm or corporate boutique firm.
- Licesned to practice law in Tennessee, or eligbility to become licensed in Tennessee
