Construction Estimator – Water Projects
Location: Englewood, CO

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities within designated regions.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop competitive bids.
- Source and solicit subcontractors and vendors , ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements , comparing them to supplier quotes to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Resolve discrepancies and adjust estimates to finalize competitive and accurate bid proposals before deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Construction experience preferred with an emphasis on estimating.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and estimating software .
- Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and create material take-offs .
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and analytical skills .
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback and refine estimates accordingly.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
