- Entertainment Marketing Experience 2+ years
- Knowledge of workflows for creative editorial, post production and finishing support 2+ years
- Airtable and Slack required
- Adobe Creative Suite helpful
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Self starter
Job Description
- Manage and track intake of project requests and deliverables requested in systems through all phases of production.
- Track production schedules and flag concerns with timelines for projects in production.
- Coordinate the delivery of elements and media needed for production.
- Maintain comprehensive digital library of logos, AE and PSD files needed for editorial team.
- Maintain updated end to end procedures, best practices, spec sheets and workflow documentation for asset production, asset sharing and file delivery.
- Raise major campaign issues/questions to senior staff.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Client forward facing
Additionally.
This position requires working full-time in office 5 days per week.
Location in Culver City.
